Thanks for stopping by the 7thBG (H) Web Site. This site is funded by the 7th Bombardment Group(H) Historical Foundation. Therefore, this site belongs to the members of the Foundation. It is your site, I just maintain it for you. Click on the "Latest Updates" button on the Main Menu for the latest changes/additions to the site.
This site was published on April 12, 2001. It will take time to build and add to this site but please be patient. Only a few of the links in the Main Menu work right now but hopefully soon I'll be receiving some photos from Rudy Karpstein and will start uploading photographs to post on the site. I also plan on attempting to include a Group roster and a Group Email list for those of you who have email addresses.
Additionally, under the "Places and Faces" button on the main menu, I plan this to be an area where we can put general photographs of squadron life, India, and China. Also in this area I thought we might put photographs of people whose names need to be identified. I'm sure we have many, many photos of crews and groups of people but no one knows the names of the people in the photos. Posting them here for others to view may be a way to locate old crewmembers and identify names.
Under the "7thBG Historical Foundation Info" button, I'll eventually be adding information about reunions and future Newsletters.
Additions and Changes: If anyone would like to change something or add something to this web site, just drop me an email. Also, if you have photos you'd like to submit for inclusion to this site, there are two ways that you can do that: 1) You can scan the images in and email them too me. Please use ".jpg" format and try to keep the image size to around 400k. And please only send one image per email; or 2) You can mail them to me via regular mail and I'll scan them for you. If you mail them to me, make sure you tell me if your photos need to be returned and I'll do so promptly.
